Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract with a client in Plano, TX
. The ideal candidate will manage and develop custom interfaces and system integrations for Oracle Time and Labour, ensuring accurate migration and optimized scheduling solutions.
Rate Range: $45/hour to $60/hour; the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
DeveloperJob Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage custom interfaces and system integrations for Oracle Time and Labour to meet business requirements.
- Analyze existing custom code and document changes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Develop and implement custom code solutions to support time, attendance, and labor forecasting needs.
- Collaborate on migration projects from legacy systems into Infor WFM, ensuring smooth transition and data integrity.
- Optimize scheduling and labor forecasting processes using strong functional knowledge and tools like Workbrain and Infor WFM.
- Perform SQL-based data analysis and troubleshooting to maintain system performance and resolve issues effectively.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6–8+ years of experience working with Oracle Time and Labour and related workforce management tools.
- Strong expertise in Workbrain, Infor WFM tools, and SQL with hands-on experience in creating and managing custom interfaces and system integrations.
- Proven ability to analyze and develop custom code, document changes, and optimize time, attendance, and labor forecasting processes; migration experience to Infor WFM is a plus.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $60.00 per hour
