Job Description
Akkodis is seeking an Application Trade Support Analyst for a Contract job with a client in Plano TX (Hybrid). This role requires expertise in troubleshooting complex systems issues and managing critical trading and batch system environments.
Rate Range: $60/hour to $68/hour; the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Responsibilities- Serve as the first point of contact for end business users in CPM, providing support and troubleshooting.
- Own and deliver on-boarding support for processes into the MAPS organization.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with business stakeholders, application developers, and infrastructure teams.
- Monitor and alert critical trading and batch system environments, ensuring system stability.
- Proactively identify and resolve problem hotspots to minimize system disruptions.
- Develop tools to drive efficiency and stability improvements in trading systems.
- Track support efforts accurately for effective management reporting.
- Manage release implementation and enforce change management policies.
- Handle major incident and problem management, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Provide exposure to the full front‑to‑back process of trade inception and risk management.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in application support, trading risk systems, or a related role.
- Proficiency with Linux, SQL, Unix Shell scripting, and Python.
- Strong knowledge of trading risk systems, market data, and financial products such as derivatives, futures, and government bonds.
Pay Details: $60.00 to $68.00 per hour
