FocusPoint a talent solutions firm is partnering with a leading enterprise client to recruit a Power BI Analyst . These roles represent the clients first dedicated Power BI position in the U.S. offering a unique opportunity to shape reporting and visualization practices from the ground up.

The analyst will collaborate closely with a enterprise business groups and a distributed team of offshore resources. This is a chance to bring curiosity creativity and problem-solving skills to a dynamic environment where data is treated with purpose and impact.

• Design develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective visualizations.
• Work with enterprise-scale datasets ensuring accuracy clarity and usability.
• Collaborate with offshore resources to manage data pipelines and reporting workflows.
• Support multiple business units including logistics with a balanced workload.
• Apply creative thinking to UI / UX design using visualization techniques (e.g. color layout) to enhance storytelling and decision-making.

• 3 5 years of hands‑on Power BI development experience.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Azure database environments .
• Demonstrated ability to work independently take initiative and get things done.
• Experience working with enterprise data in complex business environments.
• Creative mindset with a passion for building purposeful dashboards and user experiences.

• Curious self-starter attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams including offshore partners.
• Exposure to Six Sigma or process improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Industry background is flexible; candidates from all sectors are encouraged to apply.
• Formal education is less significant than demonstrated skills and portfolio quality.
