Service Now Tester / Tester Senior
Location:
Mclean VA / Plano TX – 5 Days Onsite (100% Onsite)
Position Responsibilities:
- Test and ensure quality of Service Now modules (IRM/GRC, ITSM, HRSD, CSM) through manual and automated testing.
- Create and run test cases and automated scripts (ATF, Selenium).
- Validate workflows, controls, integrations, and platform changes.
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams; report defects.
Qualifications:
- 5–8 years QA experience; 3+ years Service Now ATF (IRM/GRC).
- Strong automation, UI, API, and Agile experience.
Preferred:
- Service Now certifications, scripting, CI/CD experience.
