Technical Support, Systems Analyst
Overview
This role provides application support for Pepsi Co’s Global Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) systems, which support safety, environmental compliance, and sustainability initiatives across the enterprise. The Application Support Analyst will manage day‑to‑day production support, including monitoring tickets, troubleshooting application and data issues, and supporting users across a global environment. The role requires strong problem‑solving skills, the ability to navigate applications, databases, and operating systems, and clear communication with business users and technical teams.
Responsibilities- Support all applications in the Pepsi Co Global Environment Health and Safety area, which includes Health/Safety, Environment, and Sustainability.
- Identify and resolve application and data issues.
- Navigate databases, with moderate SQL skills.
- Communicate technical issues to internal customers across all sectors.
- Problem‑solving skills for identifying application and data issues.
- Moderate technical navigation skills – operating systems, SOAP UI experience a plus.
- Database navigation skills – moderate SQL skills.
- Communication skills for socializing technical issues with internal customers across all sectors.
- Expected compensation range: $84,000 – $140,650.
- Location, confirmed job‑related skills, experience, and education will determine actual starting salary.
- Bonus based on performance; target payout 8% of annual salary, paid annually.
