• At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Senior Fusion SCM SME with strong experience in Fusion Purchasing, Supplier Management, Inventory, Costing.
• Must have experience of at least 2 end-to-end implementations in Fusion SCM covering the above modules.
• Must have experience of conducting CRPs, end-to-end solution design in SCM, configuration, conversion validation, user training and cutover.
• Must have good experience of working with the business, talking the business language and translating business needs to the solution in Fusion ERP.
• Must preferably have Oracle AI knowledge especially Fusion AI Agent Studio and Embedded AI in Oracle Fusion.
• Must be hands‑on and comfortable in configuration, solution detailing and preparation and review of functional specs.
• Ability to leverage implementation best practices, experiences from past SCM Cloud projects and apply them.
• Must be able to understand business requirements and map them to proposed solutions/enhancements.
• Experience with testing and deployment of custom solutions for Oracle Supply Chain Cloud modules.
• Experience in functional testing and coordinating with cross‑functional stakeholders for timely delivery of the solutions developed.
• Onsite‑offshore communication and work management.
• Experience leading Super User training and supporting other training related activities.
• Knowledge of best practices followed in Oracle Supply Chain Cloud, with the ability to give solutions/suggestions to the client.
