The Dynamics 365 CRM Architect is a senior technical leader responsible for designing and delivering end-to-end enterprise CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Power Platform, and Azure services.
This role drives solution architecture, provides strategic guidance, and partners with stakeholders to transform customer engagement through scalable, secure, and AI-enabled solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design, customization, integration, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales solutions
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance CRM implementations aligned with enterprise architecture standards
- Integrate Azure AI services (Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, AI Builder, and ML models) with Dynamics 365 Sales to enable intelligent insights, automation, and enhanced customer engagement
- Define solution blueprints, technical architectures, and integration patterns across the Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft 365
- Support enterprise deployments, data migration activities, and CRM platform modernization initiatives
- Partner with business leaders, product owners, and technical teams to translate business requirements into robust CRM solution architectures
- Serve as a trusted advisor for CRM strategy, sales process automation, and AI adoption
- Facilitate architecture workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder working sessions to drive alignment and innovation
- Provide architectural leadership, technical guidance, and mentoring to development and implementation teams
- Establish and enforce best practices, design standards, and reusable frameworks for Dynamics 365 and AI-enabled solutions
- Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and regulatory requirements
- Support governance processes related to solution quality, scalability, and maintainability
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Sales
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience serving as a Dynamics 365 Architect for Sales and Customer Engagement solutions
- Strong expertise with Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse
- Proven experience integrating Azure AI capabilities such as Azure Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, ML models, or AI Builder into business solutions
- In‑depth knowledge of Azure services including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and API Management
- Experience with enterprise‑scale CRM deployments, data migrations, and system integrations
- Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and customer engagement workflows
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client‑facing consulting skills
- Experience with industry‑specific CRM implementations such as financial services, healthcare, or manufacturing
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops or Git Hub for Dynamics 365 deployments
- Experience working with Copilot AI integrations within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Background supporting complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise transformation programs
- Microsoft Certified:
Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (preferred)
