• Must lead integration testing and automations against an end‑to‑end test strategy, including test data, environments, defect management and test automation.
• Identify testing automation opportunities and test synergies within the project.
• Partner closely with Product, Design, Technology and other stakeholders.
• Conduct strategies and have functional knowledge with the payments domain, defining requirements, documenting user stories and test scripts through test execution.
• Document and execute test scenarios – identify specific scenarios and design test scripts using Business Driven Development.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills – ability to dynamically manage and oversee critical testing tasks accurately and to tight deadlines.
• Automate and maintain regression test suites using Java, Python, Cucumber, Playwright, Selenium.
• Contribute to data‑driven decision‑making by extracting insights from large, diverse data sets and applying data analytics techniques.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancement opportunities and applying principles and practices within the solutions analysis field.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and maintain architecture designs, policies, standards, and governance processes that align technology with business strategy.

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics, data extraction, interpretation, and making data‑informed decisions including modeling and interpretation.
• Advanced data visualization capabilities with hands‑on experience in implementing and managing BI dashboards.
• Strong technical writing skills, with a proven track record of translating complex information into clear and concise documentation for diverse stakeholder audiences.
• Demonstrate expertise in Test Automation & E2E testing, with a focus on eliciting and documenting business and data flow requirements.
• Experience and understanding of TDD, BDD, CI/CD automation frameworks.
• Proven experience in automation testing with Selenium, Python, Groovy, Java, BDD, Cucumber, Postman/Bruno, SoapUI/Rest API.
• Experience with JIRA, SharePoint, Confluence and agile practices with SCRUM or KANBAN.
• Developing technical fluency in relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies, with a curiosity to continuously expand technical knowledge.
• Strong written communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively translate complex information for diverse stakeholder audiences.
• Advanced knowledge of data fluency, including experience in handling large, diverse data sets and generating insights to drive business objectives.

• Relevant testing experience within the Financial Services industry.
• PowerPoint / Pitch Pro skills, with ability to create professional slides and structure presentations.
