Database Developer; Oracle & MongoDB

• Primary Skill:
  Oracle DB developer, Mongo DB Development, MS SQL, ETL, SSIS.
• Secondary:
  Autosys, Informatica.
• 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Database developer & 3+ years of experience working with Mongo
  
  DB is required.
• Autosys, Informatica, scripting such as bash, perl, or python, stored procedures, triggers, table and index creation and familiarity with database design and development.
• Experience in SQL tuning optimization will be important.
• Expected to have good communication and documentation skills.
• Solid understanding of data architecture, logical and physical data modeling for producing efficient database design.
• Experience writing complex queries, and query tuning and troubleshooting. In addition, resource will work independently with minimal guidance, in understanding requirements provided by Business Analysts and writing ETL programs to source data from upstream database systems as well as data sourced with various file formats such xml, csv etc.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Database Developer.
• 3+ years of experience working with Mongo
  
  DB.
• Proficient in managing both Oracle relational databases and Mongo
  
  DB No
  
  SQL databases.
• Strong understanding of both Oracle database concepts (like tables, views, materialized views, SQL, schema design) and Mongo
  
  DB administration (document structure, querying with JSON, aggregation pipelines).
• Monitoring and tuning database performance on both platforms to ensure optimal query response times.
• Managing backup and recovery procedures for both Oracle and Mongo
  
  DB databases to ensure data availability.
• Query optimization using various analysis methods.
• Writing complex queries and troubleshooting.
• Must have used automation tools like Autosys.
• ETL Process expertise and working knowledge of tools like Informatica.
• Must have worked with database deployment automation tools like Liquibase Desired Skills.
• Experience with Agile process and tools like JIRA, confluence wiki, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Ansible, etc.
