We are looking for a seasoned Software Solution Architect with deep expertise in AI/ML and Generative AI solutions tailored for the telecommunications industry. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing innovative software architectures that leverage AI to transform network operations and customer experiences.

As a Software Solution Architect, you will lead the design and development of advanced AI/ML-driven solutions within a dynamic telecom environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to create scalable architectures that integrate machine learning models and generative AI capabilities. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that drive automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent decision-making across telecom networks.

• Architect and design AI/ML-based software solutions for telecom applications.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to integrate ML models into production systems.
• Define technical standards, frameworks, and best practices for AI-driven architectures.
• Lead solution design for Generative AI use cases, ensuring scalability and security.
• Provide technical leadership during implementation and deployment phases.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and assess their applicability to telecom solutions.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software architecture and design.
• Strong expertise in AI/ML frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch) and Generative AI technologies.
• Proven experience in telecom software solutions and network-related applications.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for cross-functional collaboration.

• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of OSS/BSS systems and telecom protocols.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for ML deployment.
• Exposure to edge computing and AI at the network edge.
• Certifications in AI/ML or cloud architecture.
