Based in Plano, Texas, United States.

• Provide advanced technical support, administration, and optimization of managed customer cloud environments spanning AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Participate in automation initiatives, incident and change management, and mentor junior team members.
• Configure, maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI; monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, performance issues, and service outages in production and staging environments.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions; lead root‑cause analysis and post‑mortem documentation for major incidents.
• Execute patch management, upgrades, and regular maintenance activities; develop and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and failover strategies.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and after‑hours support as required.
• Write and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) templates using Terraform, Cloud Formation, ARM, or OCI Resource Manager; automate tasks with Python, Bash, or Power Shell.
• Champion configuration‑management tools and Dev Ops pipeline integrations.
• Recommend and implement cost‑optimization, resource‑utilization, and rightsizing strategies.
• Ensure adherence to security best practices; implement IAM policies; remediate security vulnerabilities; support compliance efforts (TxRAMP, ISO, SOC2, etc.).
• Create and update technical documentation, runbooks, and SOPs; collaborate with application, security, and network teams; participate in client calls when needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in cloud engineering, operations, or support.
• 3+ years multi‑cloud experience (hands‑on in at least AWS and Azure; familiarity with GCP and OCI preferred).
• Direct experience in managed services / NOC / SOC / MSP environments is a plus.
• At least two of the following certifications (or equivalent experience): AWS Certified Solutions Architect / Sys Ops Administrator;
  Azure Administrator Associate or Solutions Architect Expert;
  Google Professional Cloud Architect / Engineer;
  Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Associate/Professional.
• Dev Ops or automation certifications (e.g., Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible) preferred.
• ITIL Foundation or other support framework knowledge preferred.
• Strong knowledge of provisioning, configuring, securing, supporting, and optimizing cloud‑native and hybrid workloads on AWS, Azure, GCP, and/or OCI.
• Administration experience with compute, storage, networking, database, and PaaS services across the platforms.
