Job Description

Digital Product Managers are strategic leaders responsible for driving the development, launch, and ongoing support of a company's digital products. They focus on long-term vision, market trends, and identifying new opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Understanding and delivering digital product goals, including quantifying business benefits.

Managing product roadmaps, creating and guiding delivery strategies.

Guiding UX design and collaborating with Change Management, Virtual Reality, and Data teams.

Setting clear product vision deliverables and communicating effectively with stakeholders and teams.

Overseeing the entire product lifecycle from inception to launch.

Developing key cross-functional partnerships to deliver value-added products.

Defining product requirements and maintaining multiple roadmaps aligned with company strategy.

Collaborating with Design, Engineering, Sustain, Transformation, and Market teams.

Researching user and customer needs through workshops and data analysis.

Capturing detailed business requirements as user stories.

Driving scalable processes and innovation in product development.

Developing metrics and KPIs to measure product success and drive improvements.

Communicating product strategies across teams and adjusting priorities based on feedback.

Skills and Requirements:

5+ years of experience in product management, leading end-to-end delivery.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with two-week sprints.
Supply Chain Management SME in Network, Warehouse, or Transportation digital products.
Comfortable engaging with executive leadership.
Ability to communicate project summaries effectively to leadership.
Understanding of software development and data analytics.
Experience using Azure Dev Ops (ADO) for epics, UAT, and user stories.
Proven ability to drive value realization from digital products.
Continuous improvement in sprint velocity and delivery quality.
Ability to work independently and in a global team.
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
Understanding of AI/ML tools and techniques from an end-user perspective.
Experience with data integration and requirements writing around first, second, and third-party data.
Network digital product experience is preferred.
