SAP LE Solution Architect (Director)

NTT DATA is currently seeking a SAP LE Solution Architect (Director). The role focuses on delivering cloud‑based SAP solutions for manufacturing and life sciences clients. The candidate must be a U.S. citizen.

• Deep understanding of SAP’s cloud product suite, particularly S/4
  
  HANA Cloud, BTP, and other cloud‑based modules.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to translate technical details into business language and value‑driven solutions.
• Experience in industries like manufacturing or Life Sciences.
• Identify business problems and translate into SAP requirements.
• Craft solutions based on such business requirements.
• Provide consistent, open, and prompt communication regarding pros and cons.
• Prepare business case definitions to support decision‑making.

• Instill a teamwork culture with the virtual sales support team assigned to the sales opportunity.
• Cultivate professional industry relationships with clients, analysts, thought leaders and SAP.
• Establish credibility and relationships with client decision‑makers.
• Facilitate pre‑sale to post‑sale account transition—ensuring proper and consistent communication with customer and the implementation delivery team.

• Identify industry‑specific value proposition, including drivers, trends, key performance measures, return‑on‑investment, and technology advancements.
• Audit industry‑related client implementations to ensure industry solution quality, measure value, identify market requirements, and incorporate new best business practices.
• Obtain input regarding future industry requirements.

• 15+ years of experience in SAP solution architecture and SAP consulting solution architecture.
• 15+ years experience using SAP ERP, S/4
  
  HANA, and other SAP modules (O2C, Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.).
• 7+ years of experience, with a focus on cloud products.
• 3+ years of experience in RISE with S/4 HANA solutions, working with cloud LOB solutions (such as IBP, Ariba, Group Reporting, Treasury & Risk Management, EHS, Advanced ATP).
• 5+ years experience as an integration manager in transformation projects.
• 3+ years experience in designing and developing solutions involving one or more from SAP BTP, gen AI/Joule, Business Data Cloud, Signavio, Revenue Recognition.
• 10+ years experience across 3 or more industries from Manufacturing (discrete, process), Pharma and Life Sciences, Medical Devices, CPG/Retail, Aerospace, Transportation, Public Sector.

• SAP certified in one or more areas within the past 5 years.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
