Principal Enterprise Architect with expertise in Workday and Service Now to play a pivotal role in shaping our technology landscape. • Design and govern the implementation of robust, scalable solutions in Workday and Service Now.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure alignment between technology initiatives and business objectives.
• Guide innovation and contribute to the technology roadmap across the organization.

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or platform engineering roles.
• 6+ years of experience in Service Now or Workday.
• Deep understanding of Service Now's architecture, extensibility model, and product roadmap or deep understanding of Workday tools like Extend and Orchestrate.
• Knowledge of MCP, Agentic flows, Agent construction, and backend API connectivity.
• Solid experience with various types of integrations.
• Strong influence, cross‑functional communication, and storytelling abilities to communicate platform and AI strategies to executive stakeholders.

• Experience with Extend/Orchestrate/Studio.
• Knowledge of Mid Servers, Transform Maps, Configuration, Workflows, and Procode.
• API development and governance.
• SSO – SAML, OIDC, ENTRAID.
• Java, Python, PySpark, MCP, Shell Scripting, SQL, RDBMS.
