Principal Enterprise Architect with expertise in Workday and Service Now to play a pivotal role in shaping our technology landscape. You will be responsible for designing and governing the implementation of robust, scalable solutions that drive transformation across the organization. Responsibilities- Design and govern the implementation of robust, scalable solutions in Workday and Service Now.
- Engage stakeholders to ensure alignment between technology initiatives and business objectives.
- Guide innovation and contribute to the technology roadmap across the organization.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or platform engineering roles.
- 6+ years of experience in Service Now or Workday.
- Deep understanding of Service Now's architecture, extensibility model, and product roadmap or deep understanding of Workday tools like Extend and Orchestrate.
- Knowledge of MCP, Agentic flows, Agent construction, and backend API connectivity.
- Solid experience with various types of integrations.
- Strong influence, cross‑functional communication, and storytelling abilities to communicate platform and AI strategies to executive stakeholders.
- Experience with Extend/Orchestrate/Studio.
- Knowledge of Mid Servers, Transform Maps, Configuration, Workflows, and Procode.
- API development and governance.
- SSO – SAML, OIDC, ENTRAID.
- Java, Python, PySpark, MCP, Shell Scripting, SQL, RDBMS.
