Technical Lead

Job Description- Act as Major Incident Manager.
- Experience in handling MIM support.
- Knowledge on Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operations & CSI.
- Experience in handling Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, Capacity Management, Knowledge Management, Availability Management.
- Good exposure to MS Office tools.
- ITIL Foundation Certification required.
- Reporting capabilities and ability to present reports.
- Strong communication skills and proper email etiquette.
- Proactive, thought‑process oriented.
- Strong team player.
- Basic knowledge of technical platforms such as Windows, Network, Unix, DBA, Storage.
- Good understanding of Service Management Processes.
- ITIL Intermediate & Expert level certification preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and other quality processes.
- Experience preparing process documents and SOPs.
- Bachelor of Computer Science.
Salary Range: $90,000 – $100,000 a year.
