SummaryAs an Armor Business Analyst, you won’t just analyze data – you’ll help shape the commercial strategy that drives our success. You’ll be the expert on pricing models, packaging tiers, and competitive dynamics, partnering with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure every offering is both compelling and strategically positioned to win. Your insights will directly influence revenue, adoption, and market share, making this role a core driver of how we compete and grow in cybersecurity.

- Develop, maintain, and execute pricing models and frameworks for Armor’s product portfolio.
- Design and optimize product bundles, packaging tiers, and feature sets to maximize revenue, adoption, and customer value.
- Own the pricing lifecycle: business case development through strategy execution and performance analysis.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Ensure pricing and packaging meet market demands and cost targets.
- Partner with Sales to provide competitive battle cards, win/loss analysis, and market intelligence.
- Analyze features versus cost ratio, to identify value‐add features that command a price premium and help to optimize the product profitability.
- Support GTM initiatives with pricing recommendations and competitive insights.
- Collaborate with Product and GTM teams to identify opportunities and define strategic pricing initiatives.
- Collaborate with Finance to evaluate pricing impact, margin optimization, and revenue performance.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of pricing, packaging, and market data across systems.
- Design product price integration with OSS and Billing.
- Design and maintain clear, intuitive dashboards and visualizations that translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Partner with business stakeholders to standardize data definitions and improve accessibility of key performance metrics.
- Proactively identify gaps, anomalies, and improvement opportunities within the data ecosystem to support smarter, faster decision‑making.
- Proven experience in pricing strategy, product packaging, and competitive intelligence – preferably in a B2B cybersecurity or technology space.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM and analytics tools like Hub Spot, Zuora, Excel, and similar tools.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to drive cross‑functional collaboration.
- Strong problem‑solving, prioritization, and decision‑making abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in pricing, competitive strategy, product marketing, or commercial strategy.
