Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Analytics Contractor to support a client’s Retail Online global analytics function. This role requires deep analytical acumen, cross‑functional collaboration skills, and the ability to deliver actionable insights with clarity and precision. You will partner closely with product, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure data consistency and drive meaningful business narratives.

• Deliver analytics and reporting for .com user behavior, conversion funnels, and engagement metrics.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into data requirements and insights.
• Support tagging and measurement strategies in coordination with the Tag Management team.
• Build dashboards, reports, and presentations that inform executive‑level decisions.
• Collaborate across geographies, ensuring delivery consistency in India, China, and other regions.

• 5+ years in web analytics or digital marketing analytics.
• Proficient in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to simplify complex data for non‑technical audiences.
• Familiarity with data privacy and tagging best practices a plus.
