Overview
Production Support Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services. You’ll support Salesforce-based platforms and customer-facing integrations.
Responsibilities- Support Salesforce-based platforms and customer-facing integrations.
- Troubleshoot Sev1/Sev2 incidents and provide RCA.
- Participate in testing and validation of new software releases.
- Assist in implementing system updates and enhancements.
- Maintain system logs, documentation, and support records.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL and other compliance frameworks.
- Automate relevant tasks; experience with automation tools and Python is preferred.
- Collaborate with offshore teams and vendors; 2-3 years of experience is typical.
- Knowledge of incident management (Service Now, ITIL).
- Knowledge of databases (SQL, No
SQL) and monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace). - Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems.
- Bachelor of Computer Science
- 2-3 years of related experience (vendor collaboration, Sev1/Sev2 incidents).
