• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales within an IT or managed services setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in IT, cybersecurity, and cloud services, with the ability to translate technical offerings into business value.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑centric mindset, with a track record of building and nurturing client relationships.
• Ability to develop and implement customer success strategies that drive revenue growth and customer loyalty.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
