Salesforce Developer

The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for implementing Agentforce pilot configurations and developing custom code components aligned with technical and business requirements. This role includes building working demos, supporting testing and deployment activities, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure quality and alignment with project goals.

• Implement Agentforce pilot configurations and develop custom code components.
• Configure and develop Salesforce components based on technical design documents (TDD).
• Build incremental demos and prototypes to validate requirements with stakeholders.
• Perform unit testing and support functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Prepare and execute deployment steps as outlined in the Deployment Checklist.
• Support technical documentation and contribute to the final project report.
• Collaborate with the Technical Architect to ensure adherence to design standards.
• Provide technical input during design reviews and sprint planning sessions.

• 4–6 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows).
• Proven experience delivering proof‑of‑concept and pilot solutions in agile cycles.
• Practical experience with Agentforce and Salesforce Data Cloud configuration/integration.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies, deployment, and release management.
• Familiarity with AI prompt engineering and event‑driven architecture (advantageous).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Experience collaborating in multi‑cloud Salesforce environments.
• Exposure to Salesforce Einstein, Service Cloud Voice, or Omni Studio.
• Familiarity with Dev Ops tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset) and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce.
