The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Business Intelligence Architect to plan the architecture and solution design of enterprise data warehouses/data marts and reporting systems within a large technology ecosystem. You will guide architectural principles and standards and report to the Associate Vice President of Corporate Services Technology.

The Day-to-Day:

• Design and build analytics cloud solutions to promote better outcomes for internal clients.
• Deliver architectures for transformation and modernization of enterprise data solutions using Azure cloud data technologies.
• Analyze current business processes and identify relevant Microsoft Azure Data & Analytics services.
• Use data-driven insights to help clients achieve outcomes while respecting security requirements.
• Design and build data pipelines, streams, reports, dashboards, APIs, and data services.
• Gather solution requirements from client partners and propose architecture decisions.
• Manage data collection, transformation, loading, and analysis from multiple sources.
• Understand usage cost drivers in Azure cloud solutions.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery, investigating problems and collaborating with product managers.
• Develop and maintain data warehouse schemas, layouts, architectures, and databases for analytics.
• Define metrics for data monitoring and understand Dev Ops processes and Infrastructure as Code.
• Ensure data accessibility and manipulation for routine and ad hoc analysis to improve results.

Your Qualifications:

• 10+ years experience with T-SQL, including query writing, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
• 4 years experience with Azure Synapse Serverless pool.
• 3+ years experience with large-scale data storage and processing technologies such as SQL Server, Azure SQL, Postgre
  
  SQL, Cosmos DB, Redis, Data Lake, Stream Analytics, Event Hubs, Databricks, Python, Scala, or Power BI.
• Experience as a Business Intelligence architect for at least 2 years.
• Knowledge of semantic data modeling for reporting with Tableau, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Bachelor's degree in math, computer science, engineering, finance, statistics, or a related field.
