Job Description

We are looking for a Forge Rock IAM in Plano, TX

Position type:
Contract to Hire

Job responsibilities

• Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems
• Creates secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems
• Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while being accountable for ensuring design constraints are met by software code development
• Gathers, analyzes, synthesizes, and develops visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets in service of continuous improvement of software applications and systems
• Proactively identifies hidden problems and patterns in data and uses these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture
• Contributes to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologies
• Adds to team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Design, implement, and manage identity and access management solutions using Forge Rock products, including Identity Gateway (IG).
• Configure and customize Forge Rock components such as Forge Rock Access Management, Identity Management, Directory services, and Identity Gateway to meet organizational requirements.
• Develop and maintain authentication and authorization policies, and manage secure access to applications through IG.
• Develop scripts using Python and JavaScript (JSC) to automate routine tasks and processes.
• Create and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like AWS Cloud Formation or Terraform.
• Experience in containerization and deployment of Forge Rock components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with existing applications and systems.
• Work closely with security teams to ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IAM and AWS-related issues.
• Hands‑on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages.
• Experience across the whole Software Development Life Cycle.
• Exposure to agile methodologies such as CI/CD, applicant resiliency, and security.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Experience with Shell scripts, Perl, and Java Scripting.
• Design and deploy scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure on AWS/Google cloud Platform/Microsoft Azure.
• Utilize AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and VPC to build and manage cloud environments.
• Implement best practices for cloud security, cost management, and performance optimization.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS

Pay Range: $80,000

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
