Position SummaryThis critical role involves tackling mobile quality issues from diverse data streams, including Carrier feedback, Voice of the Customer (VOC), Supply Chain data, Customer Care reports, B2B insights, and Network Performance metrics. You will serve as a key liaison between internal R&D teams, external carriers, and customers to ensure the highest quality product delivery.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Provide expert technical support to client carriers’ marketing and engineering personnel regarding issues reported from the market.
- Perform both stationary and field tests to reproduce reported issues accurately.
- Communicate effectively with internal R&D, carriers, and customers to address and follow up on market issues.
- Track, collect, and analyze network Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other quality data when major issues are reported.
- Manage master data, including the creation, updates, and deletion of critical information.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to product performance.
- Write and review comprehensive test cases (TCs).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent level of work experience.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the wireless industry, preferably in Mobile Quality Assurance (QA) or Mobile Testing.
- Familiarity with LTE and IMS/VoLTE protocols.
- Knowledge of Android infrastructure.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, C , and Java.
