MM-Procurement Lead

We are seeking an experienced MM-Procurement Lead to guide the implementation of SAP S/4

HANA Materials Management (MM) functionality.

The role involves leading a team through the full lifecycle of SAP S/4

HANA implementation, including process refinement, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.

• Educate local teams on SAP S/4
  
  HANA Materials Management functionality and overall system capabilities.
• Refine MM process scope and identify functional gaps.
• Conduct system demonstrations to showcase SAP S/4
  
  HANA standard functionality and secure stakeholder buy-in.
• Translate business requirements into configuration requirements and perform system setups in SAP S/4
  
  HANA.
• Identify and document development needs including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows (RICEF-W).
• Collaborate with developers to translate functional specifications into technical designs.
• Define and support local security requirements in coordination with security teams.
• Perform field and value mappings for data conversion.
• Demonstrate updated system configurations post-build to validate localization requirements.
• Provide support during testing phases and resolve issues identified during execution.
• Develop training materials and deliver end-user or train-the-trainer sessions.
• Support cutover and go-live activities as per the defined plan and schedule.

• Proven experience in SAP S/4
  
  HANA MM implementations.
• Strong understanding of SAP MM processes and configuration.
• Ability to lead workshops and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience in translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with SAP development lifecycle and RICEF-W objects.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Experience in training delivery and user support.
