W2 Contract only

• Manage and maintain network setups, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations.
• Integrate, validate, and configure network devices, both hardware and software.
• Support teams through server and network element maintenance.
• Administer system access and safeguard information to meet security standards.
• Monitor and optimize system performance for capacity, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Handle budgeting for the engineering lab space.

• Experience
  : 5-7 years managing engineering datacenter labs, with expertise in supporting both hardware and software development.
• Technical Skills
  :
  • Extensive knowledge in virtualization (Hyper
    
    V, VMware, Nutanix AHV) and network architecture (Cisco, Juniper).
  • Strong experience with Python and Java scripting.
  • Proficient in server OS (Windows & Linux) administration, with hands‑on experience in Linux, Python, and scripting languages for automation.
  • Skilled in lab automation tools (VMware vRealize/Aria), Jira, and Confluence.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities, especially for complex network issues.
