Regulatory Compliance Specialist, Operations Manager
The Senior HR Manager – North America will lead and manage Human Resources operations across the United States and Canada for a fast-growing Talent Solutions and IT consulting organization. This role is responsible for building scalable HR processes to support full-time employees, contract consultants, and client-based workforce deployments.
The Senior HR Manager will oversee employee relations, contractor lifecycle management, immigration coordination, compliance with U.S. and Canadian employment laws, payroll coordination, benefits administration, HR policies, and workforce engagement.
This role will work closely with recruiting, finance, operations, and executive leadership to support rapid business growth and ensure HR practices align with industry standards in the staffing and consulting sectors.
HR Operations & Workforce Management- Manage HR operations for full-time employees, contractors, and consultants across North America
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for both permanent and contract workforce
- Maintain employee and consultant records in HR systems
- Develop HR policies and procedures tailored to the staffing and consulting industry
- Onboarding
- Background checks
- Client onboarding compliance

- Offboarding and redeployment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–7 years of HR experience, preferably in the staffing or consulting industry
- Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR practices
- Experience managing contractor workforce and consulting employees
- Knowledge of immigration processes for IT consultants
- Should know the tax term like W2, 1099 & Corp-to-Corp.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
