Recruiter, Talent Manager

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruitment across North America for a global manufacturing organization. This is a six-month contract role focused on delivering high-quality hiring outcomes in a fast-paced, operationally complex environment.

You will partner closely with HR leaders and hiring managers to execute recruiting strategies, manage multiple requisitions, and ensure a strong candidate experience across professional, technical, and operational roles.

• Own full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer and close
• Manage 25 concurrent requisitions across engineering, IT, accounting/finance, supply chain, procurement, logistics, and operations
• Partner directly with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and selection criteria
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using Linked In, job boards, and direct outreach
• Conduct structured interviews and candidate assessments
• Drive interview coordination, feedback loops, and offer execution
• Maintain accurate ATS documentation and recruiting metrics
• Provide market insight and hiring guidance to stakeholders
• Ensure a professional, responsive candidate experience throughout the process

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required
• Experience recruiting within a manufacturing or industrial environment strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage high requisition volume with competing priorities
• Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to work independently
