Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a dedicated HR Business Partner to join their dynamic team. As an HR Business Partner, you will be an integral part of the Human Resources department supporting digital and technology teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Serve as a trusted HR advisor to mid-level and senior leaders, providing guidance on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
• Translate business priorities into practical people actions that drive performance, engagement, and operational outcomes.
• Proactively identify talent risks, organizational challenges, and workforce needs; provide recommendations and options to leadership.
• Support leadership in navigating organizational change while reinforcing culture, accountability, and efficiency.

What's Needed?

• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, including a strong HR Business Partner background.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with mid-level and senior leadership teams.
• Strong judgment and ability to influence leaders through data, insight, and practical solutions.
• Experience supporting employee relations and performance management in complex environments.
