Job Summary

Our client is seeking an HR Business Partner to join their team! This position is located hybrid in Plano, Texas.

Duties
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and talent strategy
  • Translate business objectives into actionable people initiatives that improve performance and engagement
  • Identify talent risks, capability gaps, and organizational challenges
  • Provide thoughtful recommendations and solutions
  • Guide leaders through organizational change while reinforcing accountability, culture, and operational efficiency
  • Provide expert consultation on employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant resolutions
  • Coach leaders on performance management, corrective action, feedback delivery, and employee development
  • Partner cross-functionally to manage sensitive or escalated situations
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to align workforce plans with business priorities
  • Support hiring strategy, requisition planning, interview alignment, and onboarding transitions
  • Help leaders assess team capabilities and identify future talent needs
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, documentation, and employee lifecycle events
  • Support performance cycles, talent reviews, and engagement action planning
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely follow-through on HR initiatives
Desired Skills/Experience
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience, including strong HR Business Partner experience
  • Demonstrated success partnering with mid-level and senior leadership teams
  • Strong judgment and ability to influence leaders using data, insight, and practical recommendations
  • Experience managing employee relations and performance matters in complex environments
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, matrixed organization
  • Takes significant ownership across multiple HR disciplines such as recruitment, performance management, learning and development, compensation, engagement, or culture initiatives

The approximate pay range for this position is between $31.00 and $45.00
. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
