A company is looking for an HR & Recruiting Associate to support full-cycle recruiting and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities- Support full-cycle recruiting for various roles and manage candidate communication
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and assist with onboarding processes
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, HR coordination, or people operations
- Experience with high-volume hiring or in a fast-growing team preferred
- Familiarity with ATS and HRIS platforms
- Experience in healthcare or regulated industries preferred
- Knowledge of employment compliance across multiple states is preferred
