The Recruiting Coordinator supports the recruitment team by managing administrative and coordination tasks throughout the hiring process. This role ensures a smooth candidate experience, efficient interview scheduling, and accurate recruitment records while collaborating closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
- Communicate interview details, confirmations, and follow-ups with candidates
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases
- Assist with job postings across job boards and career platforms
- Prepare interview materials and onboarding documentation
- Track candidate progress and recruitment metrics
- Support background checks, reference checks, and offer letter preparation
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
- Completion of reference checks for new hires
- Handle general administrative tasks related to recruitment
- Plus other work-related tasks as needed
