The Recruiting Coordinator supports the recruitment team by managing administrative and coordination tasks throughout the hiring process. This role ensures a smooth candidate experience, efficient interview scheduling, and accurate recruitment records while collaborating closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
• Communicate interview details, confirmations, and follow-ups with candidates
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases
• Assist with job postings across job boards and career platforms
• Prepare interview materials and onboarding documentation
• Track candidate progress and recruitment metrics
• Support background checks, reference checks, and offer letter preparation
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
• Completion of reference checks for new hires
• Handle general administrative tasks related to recruitment
• Plus other work-related tasks as needed
