As a Life Sciences Recruiter at Fidelis, you’ll start with a strong foundation in clinical development recruiting
, while also having the opportunity to explore and expand into adjacent areas of the life sciences as client needs evolve. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building expertise in a niche, but doesn’t want to be boxed into a single function forever. This position supports both permanent hiring and contract staffing
, giving you exposure to long-term team builds and fast-moving, project-based engagements. You will be joining a team with established pipeline and will have the opportunity to contribute immediately.
- Build life sciences talent networks. Develop relationships with professionals across:
- Clinical Operations and Trial Management
- Clinical Quality and GxP-regulated environments
- Regulatory Affairs (clinical-stage and adjacent support roles)
- Select life sciences functions aligned to client demand
- Run disciplined outreach. Engage candidates using Linked In Recruiter, email, and phone outreach.
- Recruit across perm and contract. Support full-time hires and contract consultants aligned to clinical programs and regulated business needs.
- Qualify beyond the resume. Understand candidates’ experience, clinical / regulatory exposure, and how their background fits specific client environments. Most importantly, understand the candidate outside of the resume!
- Own the full candidate lifecycle. From first conversation through interviews, offer negotiation, and start.
- Partner strategically. Work with internal teams to understand where client demand is headed and help shape new areas of focus within the life sciences practice.
- Maintain process discipline. Track activity, interviews, and placements in your ATS/CRM to ensure consistency and follow-through.
- Consistent daily outreach with steady candidate conversations
- A bench of pre-qualified life sciences professionals
- Initial placements completed (contract and/or permanent)
- Growing credibility with candidates and clients across clinical and regulated life sciences roles
Bullhorn, Linked In Recruiter, Ringover, and internal market intelligence. Prior experience with technical recruiting tools accelerates ramp time, but we’ll train the right person.
What you’ll bring- Recruiting, sales, or client-facing experience (agency experience a plus)
- Interest in building expertise within regulated life sciences environments
- Ability to learn technical and scientific concepts quickly
- Strong communication skills and comfort with outreach
- Organization, persistence, and accountability
- Curiosity and adaptability as client needs evolve
