About the Role
The Sr. Talent Development Specialist is a strategic partner responsible for strengthening DEUS’s leadership pipeline and global capability. This role designs and delivers high-impact leadership development experiences for senior and executive leaders, integrating advanced instructional design, cross-cultural leadership principles, and innovative learning technologies. Working in a highly matrixed, multinational environment, this position collaborates closely with HR, L&D, Communications, and executive stakeholders across the U.S., Taiwan, LATAM, and other regions to align leadership development with business strategy and Delta’s core values.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver executive and senior-level leadership development programs
- Create executive-ready learning content, frameworks, and digital learning assets
- Lead cross-cultural leadership initiatives to support global collaboration
- Administer leadership assessments, 360 feedback, and coaching tools
- Facilitate workshops, cohorts, and leadership forums
- Integrate AI, digital platforms, and innovative learning modalities
- Partner cross-functionally to align leadership programs with enterprise priorities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Education, Psychology, Business, or related field
- Strong instructional design, facilitation, and content development expertise
- Experience working with global, cross-functional teams
- Master’s degree and relevant certifications (ATD, ICF, LMS, learning technologies) preferred
