Overview

Kforce has a client that is seeking Recruiter Advanced (>6 years) in Plano, TX.

Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple roles and departments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, people-focused, and experienced in identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, from intake to offer acceptance
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews
• Coordinate interviews and maintain a positive candidate experience
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records in the ATS
• Assist with offer preparation and onboarding coordination
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws

• 5+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
• Experience recruiting for (corporate/technical/healthcare/operations/multiple functions) preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• HR or talent acquisition certification
• Experience with Linked In Recruiter or other sourcing platforms
• Exposure to high-volume or niche recruiting

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
