Our client is adding an HR Coordinator/Recruiter to support ongoing growth and day-to-day people operations. This role is heavily execution-focused and ideal for someone who enjoys being detail-oriented, keeping processes moving, and serving as a consistent point of contact for hiring managers and employees. The focus is on recruiting coordination and execution, with supporting HR operations exposure.
This position is fully onsite and best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment and wants to continue building depth across HR.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and support full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles across multiple locations
- Post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and manage candidate communication
- Partner closely with hiring managers to keep searches moving and organized
- Support offer generation, background checks, and onboarding logistics
- Maintain accurate recruiting data within the ATS/HRIS
- Serve as a first point of contact for basic HR questions and employee requests
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including paperwork and system updates
- Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS
- Assist with audits, reporting, and compliance-related documentation
- Support HR projects related to growth, acquisitions, or process improvements
- Ensure a positive, professional experience for candidates and employees
- Assist with employee communications and internal coordination
- Escalate employee relations matters appropriately while maintaining confidentiality
- Degree preferred; relevant experience considered
- 2–4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR coordination, or similar role
- Hands-on experience supporting recruiting processes
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through
- Comfortable working onsite in a fast-moving environment
- HRIS/ATS experience strongly preferred
- Full-time, onsite role (Monday–Friday)
