HR/Recruiting Coordinator

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently working with a company looking for an HR/Recruiting Coordinator in the Plano TX area. If you have the qualifications listed below and are interested in this opportunity- apply with us today!

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle interview scheduling, calendar coordination, and candidate communication.
  • Serve as the main contact for candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams.
  • Support onsite and virtual interviews, including day-of logistics.
  • Prepare interview materials, reports, and follow-up documentation.
  • Maintain confidential candidate information with professionalism.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and partner communication.
  • Represent the company brand and provide strong candidate care.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs).
  • 3+ years of relevant experience.
Job Details
  • Schedule:

    Onsite, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
  • Employment Type:

    long term contract (2 years)
  • Location:

    Plano, TX 75024
  • Pay: $22-25/hr.
