HR/Recruiting Coordinator

Key Responsibilities- Handle interview scheduling, calendar coordination, and candidate communication.
- Serve as the main contact for candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams.
- Support onsite and virtual interviews, including day-of logistics.
- Prepare interview materials, reports, and follow-up documentation.
- Maintain confidential candidate information with professionalism.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and partner communication.
- Represent the company brand and provide strong candidate care.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs).
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Schedule:
Onsite, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. - Employment Type:
long term contract (2 years) - Location:
Plano, TX 75024 - Pay: $22-25/hr.
