People and Culture Specialist

Overview

The Global Talent Specialist at KFC is responsible for driving enterprise‑wide talent processes, strengthening global HR collaboration, and enabling a high‑performing, development‑focused culture across KFC globally. This role partners closely with Market HR teams, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and senior leaders to deliver seamless global talent processes, ensure organizational clarity, and elevate the employee experience through best‑in‑class talent practices.

• Support and coordinate the Global People Performance Review (PPR) process, ensuring timelines, communications, and data consolidation across markets.
• Transform talent data into compelling narratives and strategic insights to inform leadership decision‑making and workforce planning.
• Partner with global stakeholders to continuously improve the PPR experience, tools, and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date global organizational charts and support leadership visibility into structure and talent pipelines.
• Serve as liaison between KFC Global and Yum Center of Excellence (COEs) including L&D, TR, TA, COB, PCX.
• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate quarterly Global Talent Council meetings with Market CPOs and HR leaders; develop agendas, deck templates, and post‑meeting summaries.
• Develop and coordinate onboarding plans for new senior leaders (L12+) and support the design and execution of functional mentorship programs.
• Lead a Market HRBP Council to foster a global HR community, creating engagement forums, toolkits, and communication channels.
• Work closely with Yum COE leaders and market HR leads on change initiatives, ensuring communication and engagement strategies support adoption.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of experience in HR, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or similar roles.
• Experience supporting global HR processes or working in a matrixed, multinational environment preferred.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and the ability to influence without authority.

Salary Range: $110,000 – $120,000 annually plus bonus교육eligibility. Salary will be determined based on location, experience, and other job‑related factors.
