Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Product & Technology Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for a diverse portfolio of technical and product-focused roles. This position requires a strategic recruiter who excels at building strong relationships with stakeholders, delivering a high-quality candidate experience, and driving results in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle, from intake through offer acceptance, for a wide range of product and technology roles
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand business needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruiting strategies
  • Actively source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates using a variety of channels and sourcing methods
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines aligned with current and future hiring needs
  • Provide consultative guidance to hiring managers on recruiting best practices, processes, controls, and policies
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, HR partners, and finance to anticipate workforce needs and align recruiting strategies
  • Serve as a subject matter expert by participating in client meetings, staying informed of business changes, and managing hiring manager and candidate expectations
  • Continuously identify and share innovative solutions to improve recruiting efficiency, add value, and streamline processes
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through consistent, timely communication and thoughtful feedback at all stages of the process
  • Educate candidates on career growth opportunities, benefits, compensation philosophy, and the overall value of employment with the firm
  • Lead compensation discussions with candidates and hiring managers to align expectations and successfully close offers
Qualifications
  • Proven experience recruiting for product and/or technology roles
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously
  • Consultative mindset with a proactive, solutions‑oriented approach
  • Excellent communication, organization, and influencing skills
