The Recruiter will serve as the first point of contact, introducing opportunities, conducting brief qualification calls, and documenting outcomes.

- Previous pilot recruitment, aviation, and/or customer service experience
- Work in a team, side‑by‑side with your colleagues, sharing information and helping each other to ensure new hires are getting placed on time
- Stay incredibly organized
- Work fast and be accountable
- Calling pilots daily to recruit and educate them for positions we have open.
- Daily contact with candidates via phone, email, Linked In, text messaging services such as Whats App
- Download resumes from third‑party resume databases
- Answer candidate questions, concerns, and request for more information
- Connect and search for qualifying candidates via Linked In
- Post new and existing openings on various Aviation job boards
- Search for both passive and active candidates
- Constantly review and update candidate cases/status in internal database
- Review candidate documents and submit on time to clients
- You have to be able to write and speak clearly and professionally
- You must multi‑task, prioritize and be efficient
- You have to be meticulous
- You have to document, track, and monitor candidates incredibly closely
- You cannot be lazy in regards to workload or details
- You have to be organized
