Base pay range
$70,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

Qualifications:

• Must have 3-5 years of overall experience in the Staffing & Recruiting Industry with hands‑on recruiting experience and exposure of client communication, preferably with O&G or IT MSP clients.
• Strong understanding of working with VMS and MSP based accounts.
• Any experience working with a Hybrid/Offshore delivery model will be a plus.
• Proven experience in staffing, recruiting & client communication, supporting client/ MSP programs from a supplier side.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent reputation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Must be a self‑driven and highly motivated individual.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the single point of contact for our Fortune 500 clients.
• Build long‑term client partnerships to understand their challenges and provide solutions.
• Maximize market share with a client to make us their trusted staffing supplier.
• Qualify new job orders and work with the delivery lead for better coverage and support.
• Present candidates to Hiring Managers and follow up for feedback.
• Coordinate with client to schedule candidate interviews and onboarding.
• Coordinate with recruiting team including screening, orientation, and placement of candidates.
• Use CRM/ATS (Job Diva) to manage activities.
• Maintain constant communication with clients to build rapport and obtain critical information, including job descriptions, referrals, and business leads.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be open to travel across the country, especially locally, and support clients from their offices.
• Availability to work outside regular office hours, if needed.
