Job Description:
- Our Digital & Technology (D&T) team drives innovation, growth, and transformation across the business.
- We’re looking for a dynamic Recruiting Coordinator to support the hiring process, ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates, hiring teams, and internal stakeholders.
- The Recruiting Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process and onboarding new hires for the D&T team.
- This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, excels in project management, and can seamlessly juggle ad hoc priorities and projects.
Responsibilities:
- · Coordinate and schedule interviews (onsite, virtual, and panel interviews) across different countries and time zones.
- · Partner with recruiters to ensure seamless communication with candidates.
- · Maintain and update recruitment trackers.
2. Onboarding Coordination:
- Facilitate pre-hire processes, ensuring all new hire documentation and systems access are completed.
- Support Day 1 onboarding processes and maintain a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Partner with IT and hiring teams to ensure new hires are set up with tools, resources, and technology.
3. Project Management:
- Manage recruitment processes using or similar project management tools to streamline workflows.
- Track recruiting activity, hiring timelines, and metrics to ensure goals are met.
- Support ad hoc projects, such as process improvements, system enhancements, and data reporting for recruiting metrics.
4. Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a high-touch and seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Act as a point of contact for candidate questions, interview logistics, and feedback follow-ups.
5. Process Improvement:
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to streamline recruiting operations.
- Assist with special HR projects, process documentation, and tools implementation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or talent acquisition support.
- Experience in high-volume environments with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with onboarding processes and HR systems (e.g., Oracle)
- Proficiency in (or similar PM tools like Trello or Smartsheet).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR tools.
- A hunger for process improvement and automation
