• FLEXIBLE SCHEDULES
• 5 DAYS OF PTO (after 1 year and minimum avg. hours worked requirements are met)

• Start every guest experience by sweeping guests away to their ideal destination to unwind and escape the day-to-day.
• Move with a purpose achieved with fast-paced foot speed, graceful flow, and purpose in every movement.
• Recognize our VIP guests and kick off their visits by welcoming back the best of friends.
• Ensure we know when an event, like a birthday or anniversary is happening, so we can join the fiesta and make it muy especial.
• Encourage your team members to seek help from you by inspiring them with your skills and expertise.

• Minimum one (1) year of host/hostess or other relevant customer service experience
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Stand for long periods & be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Open Table experience is a plus.
