Event Sales Coordinator

The Event Sales Coordinator supports the Events Sales Manager in planning and executing private dining and large party events. They handle initial sales inquiries via Triple Seat and phone, organize booking documents, close event sales, gather weekly BEOs for meetings, and create floor charts for upcoming events. The coordinator also develops and maintains business relationships inside and outside the restaurant, participating in offsite store-sponsored events when the Event Sales Manager is unavailable.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Closing event financials from previous days/weekend
• Ensuring accuracy of all booking documents and maintaining the events binder
• Sending follow-up emails to guests for feedback and future bookings
• Synchronizing Triple Seat events with Open Table
• Following up with guests who haven't finalized bookings or provided necessary documents
• Gathering BEOs and menus for weekly operations meetings
• Responding to all leads coming through Triple Seat
• Assisting with site tours and event bookings when the Sales Manager is unavailable

Skills and Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in hospitality or customer service
• Excellent organizational and planning skills in a high-volume environment
