Location and ScheduleWORK LOCATION:
The address is 6200 W Parker Rd, Plano, TX 75093
WORK SCHEDULE:
PRN; 10 hour shifts, 6:30am-5:00pm, Monday - Friday
Growing Structural Heart Program and LAAO procedure
Ability to cross train to other H&V specialties within Heart and Vascular
Great unit to learn and advance skillset
Recently remodeled EP lab
Associates Degree in Applied Science required Or
Completion of accredited program in Cardiovascular Technology required Or
High School Diploma or equivalent with 2 years of work experience in invasive cardiology required.
1 year of vascular or cardiac angiography preferred.
ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists Upon Hire required And
GMRT - General Medical Radiologic Technologist If ARRT Only Upon Hire preferred Or
RCES - Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist And
BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required.
Imaging Quality and Processing:
Explains procedures to patient or guardian / family member if applicable prior to exam.
Performs complex procedures including age related criteria and developmental considerations.
Assists radiologist with complex and invasive procedures using aseptic technique.
Correctly sends and transfers images to PACS
