This is an on-site Behavior Therapist role located in Princeton, TX. The Behavior Therapist will provide applied behavior analysis services, implement individualized treatment plans, and support skill development for children with autism or developmental challenges. Responsibilities include facilitating therapeutic activities, documenting progress, collaborating with families and supervisors, and fostering meaningful growth in clients  social, communication, and life skills.

• Proficiency in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Behavior Analysis methodologies
• Background in Psychology and experience working with children
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively engage with clients and families
• Ability to follow individualized treatment plans and document progress accurately
• Relevant certifications in ABA or behavior therapy are a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred
• Compassion, patience, and commitment to supporting individuals with developmental challenges
