We’re looking for a proactive and service-minded LVN/RN to support clinical care and med spa services. The right candidate will be confident in EMR systems, have strong phlebotomy skills (IV experience preferred), and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.

• Assist providers with pediatric, allergy, and wellness spa procedures.
• Greet and prepare patients for exams and treatments.
• Manage patient flow and scheduling.
• Input medical history, prescriptions, and documentation into EMR.
• Perform phlebotomy and collect lab specimens.
• Support the front desk with new patient intakes and follow-up calls.
• Maintain exam room cleanliness and supply levels.
• Educate patients on procedures and post-care.
• Participate in ongoing training and follow clinic protocols.
• Be available for weekend shifts (pre-scheduled and variable).

• Active LVN or RN license (Texas).
• Dermatology and/or Med Spa experience is highly preferred.
• IV therapy and phlebotomy skills are strongly preferred.
• Strong EMR and charting proficiency.
• Professional, polished, and patient-centered demeanor.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Esthetics experience or certification is a plus.
• Positive, team-oriented, and flexible attitude.
