Medical Assistant | Plano, TX

We’re looking for a dedicated Medical Assistant to support our front office operations and help create a positive, efficient experience for every patient.

This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, in a collaborative, patient‑focused environment where your work truly matters.

• Welcome and assist patients with professionalism and warmth
• Escort patients to exam rooms and prepare them for their visits
• Accurately record vital signs, allergies, and medication updates
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked exam rooms
• Assist physicians during exams and procedures
• Manage patient calls, scheduling updates, and prescription requests
• Handle administrative duties such as chart prep, filing, faxing, and reception tasks

• Previous experience in a clinical setting with front office responsibilities
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred, but not required
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  
  Experience with medical prior authorizations
• Ability to excel in a fast‑paced, patient‑centered environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plano, TX.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
