PT - Physical Therapist

The Physical Therapist will provide specialized therapy services to patients in an acute care and inpatient rehabilitation setting. The position requires dedication to quality patient care and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

• Deliver one-on-one physical therapy treatments to patients.
• Collaborate with occupational therapists and speech therapists as part of the rehabilitation team.
• Participate in patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress using Meditech EMR.
• Complete modified barium swallow studies in conjunction with speech therapy services.

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in acute care and/or inpatient rehabilitation settings.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist is required.
• Experience in Level 1 Trauma or LTAC hospitals is preferred.
