We are global leaders in the diagnosis, treatment, and implementation of individualized management plans for patients suffering from migraine headaches and other neurological needs. We offer a wide variety of services that includes an Acute Emergency Center, Sleep Solutions, Radiology MRI and CT, Massage, Allergy Testing, and more.
- Obtain insurance benefits, verify eligibility and assist with authorizations over the phone and online with UHC, Evicore, Carelon.
- Calculate and provide time of service estimates.
- Research denials related to the authorization process.
- Submit appeals as required.
- Schedule patient appointments for MRI and CT scans.
- Review costs with patients, accept and submit payments effectively.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts as they occur.
- Provide patients with exam preparation verbally and via email with instructions.
- Assist MRI/CT Tech with patients, reports, and CD when needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Familiarity with online insurance verification of deductibles and co‑insurance calculations.
- Dependable and self‑motivated.
- Experience using a variety of payer portals for benefits verification and authorization submissions.
- Excellent multi‑tasking, good computer skills, good attitude, personable.
- Understanding of importance of documentation and communication within and outside the department for coordination of care.
- Radiology authorization experience is beneficial.
- Ability and willingness to transition from one task to another.
- Position is in person, Monday–Friday, hours 8 am–4:30 pm.
