Receptionist (Full Time)

The Receptionist receives incoming hospital calls and walk-in visitors and directs them as appropriate. This person also provides clerical support to other departments, as directed.

Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications.

• Data entry and working knowledge of inpatient rehab

• 1-2 years of healthcare experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames.
